Thirteen signed projects on the boards: two on site in River North and Lakeview, one kicking off this week, and a signed pipeline moving through design, materials and building approvals in Streeterville, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park, West Loop and Lakeshore East. Final photography publishes on each project page when construction completes.
