This single-family home on N Sheffield Ave in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood was long overdue for a bathroom upgrade. The existing bathroom showed its age with outdated fixtures, worn tile, and a layout that felt cramped and uninspired. We started with a complete demolition, stripping the bathroom down to the studs. Everything came out — the old vanity, flooring, wall tile, shower, toilet, and all existing plumbing fixtures.
