Assembly Squad seeks skilled subcontractors to build its kitchen & bath installation business. This includes both Lead Installers and Installers to work as experienced independent contractors. PLEASE NOTE that Assembly Squad has built a 5-star reputation with our clients for quality work that we intend to protect vigorously on every job. Initially, the pay will be hourly at a rate partly based on your claimed experience and skills. We have no way of knowing your real skills until we see you in action, and likewise for you to see how we operate. Consequently, there will be a probationary period involving significant management oversight. This is a chance for both of us to determine whether we can work together, and on what terms. How long the probation lasts is up to you - it could end as soon as your first project, or it may take longer to make the jump. Once you have demonstrated the same high level of commitment and ability to deliver consistent 5-star results on your own, we can renegotiate your compensation - the sooner the better in our view (and yours, no doubt!).
